The challenge

The practice was buying traffic without the system around it. Creative was not being tested often enough, there was no deliberate strategy for which offers to run, and there was no bottom-line attribution.

Without that last piece, every decision was made on cost per lead: which campaign brought in the cheapest form fill, not which campaign brought in patients who booked, showed up and went ahead with surgery.

What we built

We diagnosed the entire CRM and tied each lead to what it became on the sales side. That surfaced what cost per lead was hiding: Liposculpt Plus campaigns were converting on the back end as mommy makeovers and tummy tucks, because patients were being upsold in consultation.

From there, budget followed revenue: who showed up, who got the work done, and what it was worth. We optimized for higher average order value so every campaign worked harder for each dollar.

Testing never stopped. New creative and new offers, Performance Max against Search on Google, and landing page split tests on site aesthetics, each judged on the revenue it produced.

The result

Over eight complete months, $171,632 in media produced 1,978 paid leads and $951,600 in recorded revenue: 5.54x in value per media dollar, with every stage tracked from lead to surgical case.

Methodology

Revenue reflects recorded bill value, not verified cash collections. Consults are counted in the month the event occurs, so monthly value-per-spend is not a same-month ROAS. July 2026 is excluded from totals as a partial month affected by a landing-page incident and site relaunch.
