The challenge
A studio making fine, handcrafted, nature-inspired jewelry, where every piece tells a story. Before we started, the brand was flying blind on paid media: little communication from its previous agency, no clear view of what was running or why, and essentially one type of ad.
Polished product photos fatigued quickly, which pushed acquisition costs up. And the brand wanted to sell higher price points, which is a hard ask online: buyers have to trust a brand they found on social with something as personal as fine jewelry.
What we built
We rebuilt the ads around the founder. She sends raw footage and photos from the studio; we turn them into ads in her voice, with her telling the story behind each piece. A person explaining her own work makes a high-ticket purchase feel safer than a product shot ever could.
Then we tested relentlessly. New concepts every cycle, losers cut quickly, budget moved behind the winners, and the learnings fed back to the brand in weekly check-ins, so campaigns are planned ahead of launches instead of in hindsight.
ROAS targets were set against what each piece costs to make, so scaling meant profit, not just sales. As results proved out, budget expanded with them.
The result
Sales picked up in the second month and held: four straight weeks of strong sales, at higher order values. Monthly revenue grew from $40K in April 2025 to $100K by November and $180K today, at a 7.4x blended ROAS.
The brand hit its first million-dollar year in under twelve months, a milestone the founder expected to take two. Average order value has nearly doubled year over year.
Confirm Hannah is happy to be named
“I honestly didn’t think we were going to have a million-dollar year. We thought it was going to take two years to get there. We did it in less than a year.”
“If something’s not working, you’re really quick to stop it and really quick to pivot into something else. You’re always coming up with new ad ideas.”
“We were really a one-trick pony before. Now we have so many different types of ads, and a much better understanding of what works.”
